This study aims to determine the regional financial performance of Government Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research method used by author in this is a quantitative method. type data secondary form budget realization report. results stated that Regency was quite good. However, still not independent managing finances and dependent on central/provincial government. based fact average degree decentralization ratio 7.50% with criteria being independent, independence 8.68% very low pattern instructive relations. local tax effectiveness 91.57% effective criteria. collection efficiency 7.71% efficient expenditure harmony at already good because operating capital from 2015 2019 <100%.
